It doesn't get much better than this - utilizing our dry utilities skills for universal design. We're proud to be providing joint trench design for the Kelsey Civic Center - a 100% affordable, fully-accessible housing development right across across from San Francisco City Hall, with 25% of homes reserved for people with disabilities. The project addresses not only disability justice, but sustainability as well. Winner of Reininventing Cities, the Kelsey Civic Center will be an all-electric, zero carbon building.
