UDCE is proud to be providing civil engineering services and stormwater management (SWPPP) for Phase 1 of the Mission Rock development in support of BKF Engineers. Mission Rock is a 28 acre, 1500-unit, mixed-use development that will transform the existing AT&T Park parking lot into a vibrant new community on the waterfront. The master planned community includes residential, commercial, open space, and retail uses. The development is designed to optimize pedestrian use and public transit access.
