When Equity Community Builders asked us to take a gander at 200 Van Ness Avenue's joint trench, we were intrigued. When we found out that we'd be working on Mark Cavagnero Associates' Expansion of the San Francisco Conservatory of Music, we were pretty gob-smacked. The new tower will provide education and recital spaces, a public lobby and restaurant, as well as student housing. Located at one of the busiest intersections in the city on a tight site, our dry utilities undergrounding work takes precise measurements and close attention. We're on it, because we can't wait to attend all the amazing performances to come. Renderings courtesy of Mark Cavagnero Associates.
