The golden shovels are out. UDCE joined Bridge Housing, Leddy Maytum Stacy Architects and the John Stewart Company at the groundbreaking of new affordable housing at 88 Broadway/ 735 Davis. We're providing joint trench/ dry utilities design services for both projects, helping power 125 units. While there, Mayor London Breed announced a $600 Million Bond for more affordable housing which was passed by San Francisco Supervisors that very evening and placed on the November ballot! Affordable housing projects are definitely feel good projects for us, and we look forward to helping make more possible. Please vote in November.
