ENGINEERS WITHOUT BORDERS

UDCE staff were very inspired by the Engineers Without Borders Presentation at June’s ASCE GGB Dinner. Matthew Bamm presented active water supply, sanitation, civil engineering, and energy projects in Haiti, Fiji, and Nicaragua; and Erin Kelly talked about the Higuerito Potrerillos project in Honduras to improve water quality. The San Francisco Chapter of Engineers Without Borders partners with communities outside the United States to provide engineering solutions for basic human needs. You can find out more about their organization and how to get involved here.
