Victory Village brought 54 units of much-needed affordable senior housing in Fairfax adjacent to busy Sir Francis Drake Boulevard. The building is sited between two hills and follows its slopes with two and three-story portions. Courtyards and interior common spaces provide multiple areas for community gatherings. UDCE provided dry utility/ joint trench design and coordination for this project.
