This new 28,000 sf preschool features 15 classrooms wrapped around a central play area. Multiple double height spaces with clear stories help bring daylight into the building and provide gathering spaces. The 2.7 acre site includes 118 parking spaces. UDCE is providing dry utility/ joint trench design services for this playful project.
