Three new buildings were woven into the existing forested campus: an academic and administration building, an environmental science center, and a multi-purpose building. The project also included an expanded sports field and an addition to the original student center. The new buildings are designed to achieve LEED Platinum certification as well as Net Zero Energy performance, with all energy required to operate them provided by on-site renewable energy resources.

UDCE served as Joint Trench consultant for the design of dry utilities routing consisting of electric, PV electric, fire alarm, security, and voice/data.
