UDCE provided dry utilities design for the Nook, a 71 unit, 6-story development on a small lot in the Lake Merritt area of Oakland. It features smart and affordably priced micro-housing units with a host of convenient community amenities such as a roof deck, car sharing and coworking located on the premises. We are currently finishing up Nook II, a matching project in the neighborhood.
