Mission Rock is a 28 acre, 1500-unit, mixed-use development that will transform the existing AT&T Park parking lot into a vibrant new community on the waterfront. The master planned community includes residential, commercial, open space, and retail uses. The development is designed to optimize pedestrian use and public transit access. UDCE is excited to be providing civil engineering services and stormwater management (SWPPP) for Phase 1 of the development in support of BKF Engineers.
