This new 7-story, 152-unit Mercy Housing affordable housing project sits at the edge of the Mission Bay neighborhood. The complex is made up of four wings surrounding a multi-use courtyard. The project is supported by on-site parking, indoor and outdoor community gathering spaces, and tenant spaces to be occupied by a child development center and an art activity provider.

UDCE is providing dry utility/ joint trench design and coordination for this affordable housing project.
