The new Booker T. Washington Community Center consists of a 20,000 sf community center including child care, afterschool program, youth radio, and a gymnasium; 21 parking spaces; and 50 units of service-enriched affordable housing for transition-age youth and small households. UDCE served as civil engineer for sidewalk, bulbout, curb ramps, warped driveway, joint trench, and Stormwater Control Plan for SFPUC.
