UDCE is serving as Joint Trench/ Dry Utilities Designer for Bell Street Gardens – a two-building, all electric, affordable housing redevelopment. The project includes renovation of an existing two-story motel into a 79-unit affordable housing apartment building, with 25% of units reserved for tenants with special needs, and new construction of a 4-story, 49-unit building along with community amenities.
