ALICE GRIFFITH HOPE SF Ph I-III
SAN FRANCISCO, CA
Originally built in 1962 adjacent to the now-demolished Candlestick Park, Alice Griffith was a 256-unit public housing development owned and managed by the San Francisco Housing Authority. It was redeveloped into 504 units of multifamily, mixed-income housing (256 replacement public housing units and 248 affordable units). The development includes community facilities, parking, tot lots, and green space.
UDCE provided joint trench design; wet and dry utility coordination; Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP); and internal field stormwater inspections for all phases of the project.
