TNDC is developing 63 units of affordable housing in Hayes Valley. 32 of the units will be supportive housing for transitional age youth, supported by Larkin Street Youth on-site services. The project consists of three buildings along Octavia Boulevard, with a basement and partially enclosed rooftop deck with community room and garden. The ground floor will feature affordable childcare and office space.
