555 LARKIN ST. AFFORDABLE HOUSING

SAN FRANCISCO, CA

New construction of a 108-unit affordable housing complex includes retail and residential amenity spaces as well as a large ground-floor courtyard. This 8-story TNDC project on the corner of Turk and Larkin will replace the iconic Kahn & Keville Tire and Battery shop in the Tenderloin. Not to worry, the site's beloved and famous #worldslargestfortunecookie sign will be incorporated into the courtyard of the new housing. UDCE is providing dry utility coordination services encompassing PG&E, SFPUC, AT&T and Comcast to the architect as well to the Owner.
