This transit-oriented development (literally across from the BART station) replaced existing structures on three parcels at 506 Santa Cruz Avenue, 556 Santa Cruz Avenue, and 1125 Merrill Street with three new mixed-use buildings. All three sites provide retail and office space on the first and second floors, and residential units located on the third and fourth floors.

UDCE provided dry utility/ joint trench design and coordination for all three sites concurrently.
