UDCE is providing joint trench and dry utility design and coordination for this 100% affordable, 7-story senior housing complex along the busy Geary corridor in the Richmond District of San Francisco. 50% of the development's 98 units will be set aside for extremely low-income and formerly homeless seniors. The TNDC project features on-site services, an urban agricultural program on the roof, a spacious outdoor courtyard and a nonprofit space on the ground floor. The sustainable project is part of the ILFI Living Building Challenge Affordable Housing Pilot Program.
