This new affordable rental housing development for formerly homeless residents features 141 studio apartments in a U-shaped building configuration that wraps around an open large landscaped courtyard with seating areas, fitness trail, dog run, and pet station. Resident amenities include on-site laundry, resident lounge, demonstration kitchen, and on-site social services. This fully modular construction project will be fabricated in Vallejo.
