321 FLORIDA MIXED-USE

SAN FRANCISCO, CA

DM Development is transforming a midblock parking lot into a 9-story mixed-use building, featuring 168 units of housing (31 of which would be offered at below market rates) over retail space and a basement garage for cars and bikes. 1,500 square feet of retail space on the ground floor will be given, free of cost, to the Community Arts Stabilization Trust, a San Francisco-based nonprofit that acquires land for use by artists or art organizations.

UDCE is serving as site civil engineer and joint trench designer/ dry utilities coordinator. We are also preparing the Stormwater Control Plan for the SFPUC.
