Located in the heart of the Tenderloin community on a former parking lot, 180 Jones is a TNDC affordable, supportive housing development. The project will provide 70 affordable homes, half of which are set aside for formerly homeless individuals. The 9-story building will feature on-site support services to address the needs of residents, a second-story landscaped courtyard and 1:1 bicycle parking. Designed to achieve LEED Platinum Certification, the project is part of ILFI’s Living Building Challenge Affordable Housing Pilot Program.

UDCE is providing dry utility/ joint trench design and coordination for this project.
