Block 6 is a LEED Gold-Certified development with both affordable and market-rate housing as well as shared open space. It features a 32-story residential tower consisting of 402 market rate apartments, an adjacent midrise tower consisting of 70 affordable units, 7 adjacent market-rates town homes, and retail spaces along Folsom Street. Work includes streetscape improvements, the construction of the new Clementina Alley, and a shared underground parking garage.
UDCE served as Civil Engineer of Record for civil site design, streetscape, and stormwater management. UDCE prepared the street improvement permit application and assisted the architect with OCII coordination for street and site approvals.
