The new 5-story mixed-use building over a 112-space subterranean parking structure will include 56 condos (7 of which will be below market rate) and approximately 23,000 square feet of commercial space and open air market. The condos will be a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units.

UDCE's work is from conceptual, design, through construction support for joint trench utility and street lighting. Work includes coordination with multiple Architecture and MEP teams while keeping PG&E, ATT, Comcast, and SF Department of Technology backbone distribution designs coordinated. We wroked closely with the Landscape Architect and the project Civil Engineer to create easements and a cohesive fit with the streetscape.
