SAN FRANCISCO, CA

1990 Folsom Family Housing will transform a former warehouse site at the intersection of 16th & Folsom in the Mission into a newly-constructed 7-story, 143-unit mixed-use building. The predominantly residential project will provide affordable family-sized units for the neighborhood as well as ground floor childcare and art spaces for Galeria de la Raza and HOMEY. The roof features dedicated space for urban agriculture and food production for residents and photovoltaic and solar hot water arrays to help the project achieve GreenPoint Platinum rating.
